I am making something with brown sugar but I only had unrefined cane so I blended it smaller in the food processor. I measured it before and after and the weight increased. Is that supposed to happen or have my scales broken?

Recipe for oatmeal cookies?

Filed under: Electric Food Processors — admin at 11:57 pm on Saturday, February 26, 2011

I have been looking for a recipe for oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. However I was the cookies to be smooth and not be able to taste the oatmeal in chunks, like the ones that you would make from a box. So I have found many oatmeal cookie recipes but they all come out chunky. Do you put the oats in a food processor? or are there special oats?

Does this drink recipe sound good? I'm going to make it tonight…?

Here’s a drink I invented:

Baileys
Superfine sugar
Irish whiskey
Raspberries

Add a quantity of Baileys in a food processor. Add in a quantity of sugar and raspberries and blend (just eyeball it). Continue to add sugar until the mixture becomes a paste. Spoon paste into ice cube trays and freeze until solid. Once frozen, break up trays and fill glasses with the cubes. Fill with Irish whiskey and enjoy.
