What is the easiest way to prepare vegetables for stir fry ???

I am considering a food processor to help with the chopping of the vegetables. These range from the manual choppers to motorized processors. But, wonder if all of this is just wishful thinking. Please help me with this decision. Steve

What is the most useful size for a food processor?

I am buying one for a gift, and notice they go from mini-processors up to 14 cup. My guess is that 7 cup or 9 cup are best for most recipes. What size meets most recipe needs?
