What to use instead of a food processor?

I am making a lemon meringue pie and need a food processor, what can I use insted on that, a blender? or electric whisks?

You can use the blender, but for the meringue use the mixer..=)

I never used it but it’s something different and seems like it would work.

Yes. A blender can be used to substitute a food processor in most cases.

I don’t own a food processor. I have a little hand chopper that I use to chop things up and a hand mixer that I use to mix things.

I’m trying to figure out what you would need a food processor for when making lemon pie and I’m not coming up with anything. Not knowing what you need it for makes it hard to suggest what else you could use.
